Considering how the USA “fueled the rise of ISIS in Syria and Iraq” (the Guardian), and how Ukraine paid tens of thousands each to Islamic terrorists to come to Ukraine, and how suspected terrorists were captured as they attempted to flee to Ukraine, and considering the many billions the US has supplied to Ukraine, it’s reasonable to point to Uncle Sam (but not just Biden) as the driving force for the slaughter of concert-goers.
