Wrong. Israel is ultimately in charge of Gaza; it’s part of their country (remember – the UN wanted to recognize “Palestine,” it’s not a country now). And they allowed Hamas to take over to begin with. The Palestinian people supposedly chose Hamas but we don’t know under what conditions the “vote” was taken… I will tell you, though, that people who have lost their whole families to the Israeli attack are being radicalized and made Hamas supporters wholesale.
So what would Republicans do about the homeless if they suddenly took over? Likely force them to move somewhere else. Reminds me of the city fathers in an un-named city in Arizona who were giving the street people bus tickets to San Diego, make it somebody else’s problem..
If you want to never have to deal with the messy task of voting for your leaders, by all means, vote for Trump. Because if he wins this will be the last actually competitive election for a generation at least.
Hamas isn’t the Palestinian people that are being killed. They are holed up in other countries, untouchable. And although I decry what they did, look at the conditions their people are living under and ask yourself if you’re surprised they reacted this way.
Go ahead, call me names. Show me a conservative that doesn’t think J6 wasn’t just a tourist visit.
